We did decide that we have a lot of AC/DC tshirts so no more for a while but then we spotted this gem and we had to upcycle this graphic tee into an Unwantee. Simply too vibrant and too cool not to!
We just found out one very fun fact - the band name AC/DC was inspired by a sewing machine! Very apt that the sewing machine is our favourite machine on the planet!
In 1973, brothers and band founders Angus and Malcolm Young got the idea when their sister Margaret pointed out the "AC/DC" symbol on the adapter of her sewing machine. The letters stand for "Alternating Current/Direct Current"
Model is 5’5” and UK size 8/S
Our Unwantees are available in one size (fits most). Our Unwantees are upcycled from existing t-shirts so this does limit the sizing possibilities. Please refer to our Fit Guide
Unwantees will fit best on UK ladies sizes Small and Medium and men size Small, jersey fabrics do have a good element of stretch
Upcycled tank tops made from pre-loved graphic tshirts
Made in the UK, sweat shop free, anti landfill
We take care to clean all tshirts before upcycling them into Unwantees. Where defects do appear, we may add a patch and we will point these out in the item description
It is our opinion that it is the imperfections that add the charm to our unwantees. However if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us. We are only accepting happy customers!
